Why would you want to re-draw the view? Well when you are zooming/moving the view,
you dont see a full detail view of the objects until you let go of the mouse 
button. Then it takes some time to redraw the display. If you interrupt it
while its redrawing (eg by trying to edit an object), you won't see all of the
view, only as much as it managed to draw before you interrupted it.

Click on the feather pen icon () to redraw the view completely :)
